Terms of Purchase
Once you buy, there are absolutely no refunds. Please be sure that you really want to have a session before buying. The reason I don’t offer refunds is that as soon as you purchase, I have already committed my energy into your healing: by holding space for you, looking up charts that will be relevant to your healing, and blocking off my time and energy devoted to your session.

• There are no refunds for completed sessions.

• There is no price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
• Please provide 24 hours prior notice to cancel or reschedule your session. At the discretion of Ana Coeur, if changes are made under 24 hours, sessions and monies may be considered forfeited by the Client.

• If you miss your appointment, Ana Coeur reserves the right to charge a $50 administrative rescheduling fee.

• If you miss your appointment and do not reschedule within 7 days after the scheduled appointment, the monies will be considered forfeited by the Client.

• If the Client does not show up for the session within 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment, it will be considered a missed appointment.
• Sessions must be paid in full before we begin.

• Prepaid sessions must be used within 30 days for the single session.
• Sessions will not be repeated once started or completed (there will be no do–overs).

• Sessions are done by phone or over Whatsapp or Skype for non–U.S.–based clients (you will need a Wi–Fi connection).

• Sessions will not be recorded but you are welcome to do that on your end.

• Unused sessions can be transferred to someone else. Prepaid single sessions must be used within 30 days.
What Happens After Purchase
Sessions can be paid by Zelle, bank wire transfer, Paypal or by credit card. If you use Paypal, after purchasing, be sure to check the email address you used for payment to get your receipt.
I will email you at your payment address within one business day with two links: one is to schedule your appointment and one link is an intake and waiver form.
